Our tradition:

For over 500 years, chili peppers have been a staple in Mexican cuisine. Salsa has become the distinctive touch that enhances any dish, which is why Salsas y Adobos DOÑA LUZ was born.

Born in northern Mexico into a large farming family, from a very young age, Doña Luz recognized the value of making the right salsa and adobo for each dish and occasion, as well as the importance of ingredient quality. This, combined with the culinary touch of grandmothers who traditionally shared their knowledge and skills through cherished family recipes, shaped her approach.

With the same respect and gratitude for our roots and traditions, we create our recipes for the delight of every consumer.

Sincerely,
Doña Luz
